Spicy Kani Salad
This has to be one of the quickest and easiest side dishes to make! We love having sushi night at our house and instead of a seaweed salad, I tried this out! I noticed Kani salad popping up everywhere and I really wanted to try it out. So, my best seafood ingredient came in handy! Heart of Palm Kani Salad!
- 114g Cucumber
- 134g Heart Of Palm
- .33 Cup (Third) Vegan Mayo
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tsp Mirin
- 1 Tsp Monk Fruit Sugar ( or Sugar)
- Juilienne your cucumber and heart of palm or use your peeler and slice up the pieces.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix it all up until combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
