Spicy Kani Salad

This has to be one of the quickest and easiest side dishes to make! We love having sushi night at our house and instead of a seaweed salad, I tried this out! I noticed Kani salad popping up everywhere and I really wanted to try it out. So, my best seafood ingredient came in handy! Heart of Palm Kani Salad!

Ingredients

  • 114g Cucumber
  • 134g Heart Of Palm
  • .33 Cup (Third) Vegan Mayo
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tsp Mirin
  • 1 Tsp Monk Fruit Sugar ( or Sugar)

Directions

  1. Juilienne your cucumber and heart of palm or use your peeler and slice up the pieces.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix it all up until combined.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
