Maple Bacon Donuts

Maple Donut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mix-quick
  • 2 Tbsp. Monkfruit sugar
  • .5 Cups Water
  • .5 Tbsp Maple Syrup (I used Maple syrup agave)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop the batter into a piping bag and pipe the batter into a donut pan.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes, I did 13 minutes, and check your cake by poking the cake with a toothpick and pulling it out with no batter on it. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Maple Bacon Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (I used maple syrup agave)
  • .5 Cup Powdered Monkfruit Sugar
  • 1.5 Strips of Hooray Foods Bacon

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the maple syrup and powdered sugar together.
  2. Dunk your donut into the glaze.
  3. Sprinkle the bacon on top and then enjoy!
