Maple Bacon Donuts

Maple Donut Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mix-quick
- 2 Tbsp. Monkfruit sugar
- .5 Cups Water
- .5 Tbsp Maple Syrup (I used Maple syrup agave)
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop the batter into a piping bag and pipe the batter into a donut pan.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, I did 13 minutes, and check your cake by poking the cake with a toothpick and pulling it out with no batter on it. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Maple Bacon Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (I used maple syrup agave)
- .5 Cup Powdered Monkfruit Sugar
- 1.5 Strips of Hooray Foods Bacon
Directions
- In a bowl mix the maple syrup and powdered sugar together.
- Dunk your donut into the glaze.
- Sprinkle the bacon on top and then enjoy!
