Pumpkin Spice Donuts w/ Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients
Donut Cake
- 1 Cup Mixquick
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- .5 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Monkfruit Sugar
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Glaze
- 1 Serving of Vegan Cream Cheese (I used the Trader Joe’s Cream Cheese)
- .3 Cup Monkfruit Powdered Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add all the cake ingrediants into a bowl and mix it up.
- Spray your donut pan, put the batter into a piping bag, and pipe the batter into the pan.
- Pop the pan into the oven for 10-13 minutes and let it bake. I took mine out at 11 minutes.
- While your donut cake is baking start preparing your glaze. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- When you believe your donut cake is done, take a toothpick and poke one of the cakes. If no batter is on the toothpick when you pull it out then it’s ready! Once your donuts are done make sure to let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Once your donuts have cooled start dipping your donuts into the glaze. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice and enjoy!
